
Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role (freshers can also apply, based on company)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage difficult situations
