This is a reporting, analytical, and consulting role.

The JOB DESCRIPTION involves:
1. Preparing professional, ready-for-press engagement health dockets for each customer at a regular cadence to present in regular customer meetings.

2. Regularly improvise and add pertinent material insights to the dockets based on implicit and explicit success factors for the Customer and the value drivers.

3. Working with Customer Success Managers remotely to prepare them - ahead of time - for leading the scheduled meetings.

4. Take responsibility to execute planned activities (through tickets) and help CSMs quarterback (be accountable)

for downstream actions from various departments at Vector.

5. Follow up on, provide commentary on, and prepare lucid responses to CSAs on meeting minutes and takeaways for upstream actions from customers.

ENGAGEMENT HEALTH REPORTS:
These would have to be tailored based on customer feedback on their (Customer’s) success factors and what value they see in hiring Vector. This will vary from vertical to vertical and Vector’s level of relationship at the Customer’s end.

While that analysis and customization of the health reporting will evolve and change, some standard reports from Vector’s end are mandatory to be included:
1. Program Summary

2. Overage, Contamination, and Inactivity fee report

3. Past Due Balances, Disputed Invoice tracker with clear action items for both parties (Customer and Vector).

4. Service ticket tracker with clear action items for both parties (Customer and Vector).

5. Negotiation tracker with clear action items for both parties (Customer and Vector).

6. Vector enterprise-wide operational metrics & our improvements and enhancements, which make us stand out from the crowd.
