Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles (preferably in media, production, or marketing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
