**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Problem-solving**:Identifying the root cause of customer issues and providing effective solutions to resolve complaints and problems.
- **Product knowledge**:Having a deep understanding of the company's products and services to accurately answer customer questions and provide relevant information.
- **Complaint management**:Handling customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to relevant teams when needed, and ensuring timely resolution.
- **Customer relationship building**:Establishing positive relationships with customers by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and providing personalized service.
- **Data management**:Maintaining accurate customer records, including details of interactions, complaints, and resolutions, within the CRM system.
- **Feedback collection**:Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Excellent communication skills**: Both verbal and written communication skills are crucial to effectively interact with customers and clearly explain information.
- **Active listening**: Paying close attention to customer needs and concerns to fully understand their issues.
