**Responsibilities**:
**Menu Planning**:Create and plan South Indian menus, considering regional variations and popular dishes.
Ensure a diverse range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

**Food Preparation**:Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, curries, and various rice dishes.
Follow traditional recipes and maintain the authenticity of flavors.

**Ingredient Selection**:Source and select fresh, high-quality ingredients typical of South Indian cuisine.
Monitor inventory and manage stock levels of necessary ingredients.

**Food Safety and Hygiene**:Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
Follow proper storage, handling, and cooking procedures.

**Quality Control**:Monitor the quality of ingredients and final dishes to maintain consistency.
Adjust recipes and techniques as needed to meet quality standards.

**Collaboration**:Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely food preparation.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and management.

**Adaptability**:Stay informed about culinary trends and incorporate innovative elements into traditional South Indian recipes.
Adapt to changes in the menu or kitchen procedures as required.

**Customer Interaction**:Interact with customers, answer questions about the menu, and accommodate special requests when possible.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
