**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of **North Indian dishes**, including curries, biryanis, tandoori specialties, and Indian breads (naan, roti, paratha).
- Ensure food is cooked to perfection with authentic flavors and presentation.
- Maintain proper ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory.
- Monitor food quality and consistency while following standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including **tandoor ovens and gas stoves**.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Adapt recipes and menu items based on customer preferences or special requests.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **North Indian Cook** in a restaurant or hotel.
- Expertise in **North Indian cuisine**, including tandoori cooking, gravies, and regional specialties.
- Ability to handle a **tandoor oven** for making naan, kebabs, and tandoori dishes.
- Strong understanding of **Indian spices, herbs, and cooking techniques**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced kitchen environment**.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
