- **Hygiene and safety**: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and ensure all food is prepared and stored safely in compliance with regulations.
- **Recipe and menu development**: Assist in creating new menu items or specials, while also ensuring the authenticity and quality of traditional recipes are maintained.
- **Staff supervision**: Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, coordinate their activities, and monitor schedules.
- **Operational support**: Assist with budgeting, planning kitchen operations, and collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth service.
- **Specialization**: Some roles may require specialization, such as a Tandoori Chef who operates the tandoor oven or a South Indian Cook focusing on dishes like dosa and idli.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
