- **Quality Control**:Ensuring ingredients and final dishes are fresh, maintaining food quality and standards, and accommodating special requests.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:Maintaining a clean and safe work area, following sanitation procedures, and handling food safely.
- **Food Station Management**:Setting up and organizing the food station, handling multiple orders, and managing station inventory.
- **Customer Service**:Serving food, attending to order details, and potentially pleasing customers.
- **Kitchen Operations**:Depending on the role, this could involve managing the kitchen, training staff, and minimizing food waste.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Culinary Skills**: Strong cooking skills, especially in preparing Indian dishes, and experience with various cooking techniques.
- **Hygiene and Sanitation**: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- **Organization and Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple orders, manage inventory, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear communication with colleagues and potentially with customers.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff.
