The South Indian Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic South Indian cuisine, ensuring high-quality food presentation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing ingredient inventory. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.QualificationsExpertise in South Indian cooking and culinary traditionsExperience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentationKnowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standardsAbility to manage ingredient inventory and work collaboratively with kitchen staffStrong organisational and time management skillsPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredCulinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
