The South Indian Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic South Indian cuisine, ensuring high-quality food presentation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing ingredient inventory. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.Qualifications- Expertise in South Indian cooking and culinary traditions- Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards- Ability to manage ingredient inventory and work collaboratively with kitchen staff- Strong organisational and time management skills- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
