**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cooking and Food Preparation**
- Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes, including curries, rice-based meals, and vegetarian
- Be flexible to prepare other dishes such as noodles, pasta, and fusion cuisine if required.
- Ensure dishes are prepared with consistent taste, quality, and presentation, meeting customer expectations.
- Customize dishes to accommodate customer preferences, such as spice levels and dietary restrictions.
- **Kitchen Management**
- Manage kitchen operations effectively, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are always maintained.
- Organize and manage inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and adequately stocked.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to follow standard procedures and maintain efficiency.
- **Guidelines and SOPs**
- Strictly adhere to established kitchen guidelines, recipes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- **Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide input on improving processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a North Indian Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Expertise in preparing North Indian dishes, flexibility to work in other section if needed
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow guidelines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
