**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes, including but not limited to: dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, biryani, and various regional curries.
- Ensure authenticity and consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Plan and develop South Indian menus, including daily specials and seasonal offerings.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including sourcing quality ingredients specific to South Indian cuisine.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen as per food safety regulations.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques.
- Control food costs and minimize waste without compromising quality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
