**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef to join our culinary team. As a South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious South Indian dishes, showcasing your expertise in traditional cooking techniques and flavor profiles. Your culinary prowess will contribute to the overall dining experience, delighting our patrons with the rich and diverse flavors of South Indian cuisine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes with authenticity and precision.
- Design and develop new menu items, ensuring a balance of flavors, textures, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and consistency.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and kitchen hygiene.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions related to South Indian cuisine.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Requirements**:.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavors.
- Creativity and innovation in menu development while respecting the authenticity of South Indian cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
