They must have a thorough understanding of the ingredients and spices used in South Indian cuisine and be able to create flavorful and authentic dishes.
The chef is responsible for creating menus, ordering supplies, and managing the kitchen staff. They must maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen. They must also keep up to date with the latest food trends and develop new recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
A South Indian restaurant chef should possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. They should be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once. Above all, they should have a passion for cooking and a deep appreciation for South Indian cuisine.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
