- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and introduce new dishes while preserving the authenticity of South Indian cuisine.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in South Indian culinary techniques and presentation.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering flavorful and visually appealing dishes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a star-rated hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of South Indian culinary traditions and cooking methods.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
