**Responsibilities**:
- : Efficiently managing the Managing director schedule, prioritizing appointments & and delegation of tasks, meetings, and events, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met by various teams or individuals, and resolving issues that may arise in the Managing director schedule, and activities, or projects to ensure smooth operations.
- : Coordinating travel plans including domestic and international, itineraries, proactive planning of external partner meetings, and logistics for the Managing director, CXOs & director’s business trips and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
- : Gathering necessary materials, information, and reports for meetings attended by the MANAGING DIRECTOR and ensuring they are well-prepared for each engagement.
- **Project Management Skills**: Providing support on special projects and initiatives led by the MANAGING DIRECTOR, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- : Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handling it with the utmost discretion.
- : Welcoming, assisting, and managing relationships with clients, and key stakeholders, both internal and external, and acting as a liaison between the MANAGING DIRECTOR and these parties and

- Proven experience in supporting & assisting C-level executives
- Good people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Clear and concise communication with colleagues, clients, and partners
- Creativity is good to have
- Project management skills or experience in managing people is also good to have
- Proficiency and creativity in creating business presentations and proposals
- Good industry acumen to understand company business verticals, domains, products and partners
- Strong clients interaction, business walkthrough presentations
