
Guest Relation Executive

A guest relations executive (GRE) is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- **Welcoming guests**: Greeting guests when they arrive and check in, and saying farewell when they check out
- **Handling complaints**: Addressing guest concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- **Managing reservations**: Coordinating reservations and room requirements, and allocating rooms to arriving guests
- **Providing information**: Sharing information about the hotel, local attractions, and activities
- **Maintaining guest records**: Keeping up-to-date information on room rates, promotions, and offers, and maintaining guest folios
- **Overseeing VIP guests**: Checking on VIP reservations and ensuring they receive special recognition and service
- **Coordinating with other departments**: Briefing other departments on VIP guest requirements, and coordinating with employees
- **Generating reports**: Creating daily operations reports and guest statistics
GREs should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to represent the hotel in a positive and professional way. They should also be proactive, have a problem-solving attitude, and be able to work well in a busy environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 9 per week
