We are looking for a customer delight executive to bring in a smooth flow of communication and act as one point of contact with the clients for their business related queries. A Personality who believes communication is a key to a successful relationship can be a better fit to this role.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Streamline all the customer conversations under one platform and provide a cohesive experience.
- Make follow up calls with customers to ensure their smooth functioning and a delightful service is accomplished.
- Escalating the queries to the right department and ensuring the issues are resolved.
- Acquiring regular service feedback for better clients sustainability.
- Maintain records of customer feedback to achieve a successful retention rate and a customer experience.
- Assist the Marketing teams to run a loyalty program and any content that needs to be created for newsletters.

**Deliverables & Work Requirements**
- **Categorize all feedback into categories** The feedback may include delivery speed, after-sales services, customer service approach, etc. Once categorized you can divide further that deserves immediate attention.
- **Identifying the nature of the feedback **Customer feedback comes with negative and positive comments. The positive ones bring in concrete ideas on what can be extremely effective in building customer loyalty. On the other hand, the negative ones provide insights on improvement areas.

**To qualify one must have the following skills**
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or any customer care role
- Interactive and a pleasing personality
- Understanding of Microsoft skills.
- Problem solving skills and assertiveness
- Ability to empathise with and prioritise customer needs
- Presentable and Professional behaviour.

**Languages preferred **Good command over English ( written & verbal both).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
