Job Description Job Title: Customer Delight Executive (voice/chat) Location: Malad / Thane (Work from Office) Salary: 17,000 40,000 per month Process: International Voice Process (US / UK / Australian Shifts) Shifts: Rotational Night Shifts (9-hour window) - US Shift: 5:30 PM 9:30 AM - UK Shift: 10:30 PM 4:30 AM - Australian Shift: 3:00 AM 3:00 PM Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Weekly Offs Experience Required: 612 months of International Voice Experience (Mandatory) OR freshers with good communication skills may apply. Qualification: HSC / Graduate Job Description We are hiring for Customer Delight Executive for our International Voice Process based in Malad and Thane. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice support and excellent communication skills.
