**Job Title: Event Operations Executive**

**Experience: 6 months - 1 year**

**Location: Dombivali**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand event requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate contracts, secure services, and manage deliverables.
- **On-Site Event Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, staff, and participants during events, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Supervise event staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure adherence to schedules, protocols, and safety standards.
- Handle on-site logistics, such as registration, attendee check-in, crowd control, and emergency response procedures.
- **Guest Experience Enhancement**:

- Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, including personalized services, interactive activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, gathering insights to inform future event planning and improvement efforts.
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive event experience for all attendees.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and revenues to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers to optimize budget allocations.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses to provide insights into event performance and ROI.
- **Event Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials, including invitations, advertisements, and digital content.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive attendance, increase awareness, and generate excitement for events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and operations, preferably in the corporate or nonprofit sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, memorable events.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
- Certification in event planning or hospitality management is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
