Key Responsibilities:

This role includes supporting the Founding Team, driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, optimizing operational efficiency, and facilitating internal and external communication.

Key responsibilities also involve conducting market research, identifying new revenue streams, planning events, and building relationships across the organization, all while maintaining strategic alignment and high-level project execution.

  • Strategic Support & Planning:

Partner with the Founding Team and leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, set goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Project Management:

Oversee and drive key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Operational Efficiency:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the beauty and personal care industry.

  • Communication & Alignment:

Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.

  • Market & Product Strategy:

Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, and identify new revenue streams for the brand.

Requirements:
  • A future entrepreneur with a self-starter mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, start-ups, D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
