Job Title:

Chief Operations Officer

  • Overview

The company seeks a Chief Operations Officer to oversee the end-to-end operations of its apparel/fabric manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a focus on operational efficiency, and experience in managing large-scale production.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Operational Leadership

    The COO will lead day-to-day operations across production, planning, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution functions. This includes ensuring production targets are met with optimal resource utilization and minimum wastage.

    • Production Management

    The COO will lead daily factory operations including production, planning, finishing, and dispatch. They will monitor production lines to ensure delivery targets, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

    • Planning & Coordination

    The COO will oversee production planning and material flow to meet customer order timelines. They will coordinate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and logistics teams for smooth execution.

    • Quality & Compliance

    The COO will implement and monitor strict quality control measures across all production stages. They will ensure compliance with buyer standards and international certifications (ISO, WRAP, OEKO-TEX, BSCI, etc.).

    • Cost & Efficiency Control

    The COO will drive cost reduction through waste minimization, process optimization, and improved productivity. They will prepare and manage operational budgets for the manufacturing function.
