Operational Supervisor

The primary function of this role is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations within a designated location, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintenance of high-quality service delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations in the location, guaranteeing timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing on the same day as intended.
  • Resource management of the hub for drivers, gunmen & custodians, including route planning, duty assignment, and audit planning.
  • Plan and administer operations according to assigned tasks by managers, upholding client requirements and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct surprise audits to verify adherence to established processes and assist ATM Executives in collecting, collating, recording, and reporting day-to-day operations.
  • E nsure hassle-free operations by managing requirements and preparing crew rosters based on route dispatch times.
  • Maintain hardcopy records of takeover and handover of ATMs and adhere to all-risk mitigation procedures to prevent cash loss during operations.
