Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote efficiency in warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
  • Co-ordinate with transporters and courier partners for smooth delivery or pickup processes.
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes such as GRN, FIFO, LIFO and Put away to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure high stock accuracy levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Generate MIS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety and administrative guidelines throughout the warehouse operations.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within an e-commerce or fulfillment center environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of WMS or SAP-like ERP packages is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and make sound decisions promptly.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire warehouse operation from receipt to dispatch. You will oversee the implementation of efficient processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors. Your expertise in logistics and inventory management will enable you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders including transporters, couriers, and suppliers. Additionally, your analytical skills will help identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize warehouse performance.
