Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Warehouse Lead to spearhead our West Region operations.

The ideal candidate must possess deep operational expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, optimize costs, and deliver exceptional service in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee warehouse operations for the West Region, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in process design, operations optimization, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Bhiwandi region preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
