Operations Management Lead

Our organisation is seeking a visionary leader to oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership roles, with expertise in operations management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive business plans
  • Spearhead strategic initiatives for performance enhancement and growth

  • Evaluate organisational performance through data-driven analysis
  • Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in senior leadership positions, focusing on operations management
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
  • Familiarity with business process optimisation, supply chain management and logistics
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards
  • Understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
