Establish clear client retention goals
- Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
- Promote the value of the product
- Up sell services and products with the brand image
- Promote value through customer experience
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Having knowledge of how website design and development occurs.

**Requirements and skills**:
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role

Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience

Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills and Great communicators,Passion for what they are selling

Willingness to roll up their sleeves and get the job done

No fear calling and following-up with clients and Positive attitude

Creative and passionate about helping others and Sincere empathy for people and clients

Ability to multi-task across different platforms and forms of communication

Ability to work well under pressure and with a team

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Experience**: 6 Months to 1 Year Customer Success /Support /Care.

**Salary**: 15,000 to 20,000 per Month
