**Job Title: Client Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and preferences
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention

2. Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients

3. Internal Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations)
- Ensure seamless

execution and delivery

4. Problem-Solving:

- Identify and resolve client issues promptly
- Escalate complex issues to management as needed

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client coordination, project management, or a related field

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
