Job Description for Help Desk Coordinator
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance and Align engineers on site.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
- Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Good Communication skills.
- Training will be provided.
**Experience: 6 months to 3 Years.**
**Salary**:15 to 25 k (Depends Upon the Interview )
**Location: Konverge Technology Pvt Ltd ,Lotus Business Park, Goregaon East, Mumbai.**
**Notice Period**: Immediate or 15 days joiner are more preferable. Max 30 days.
**Immediate Joiner are more Preferable.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.29 - ₹22,750.30 per month
