**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Office Assistant** with 2-3 years of experience, who is proficient in **Microsoft Excel** and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update records, reports, and data in **Excel spreadsheets**.
- Prepare and manage basic MIS reports, attendance sheets, and project trackers.
- Assist in daily office operations and coordination between departments.
- Handle filing, documentation, and scanning of important office papers.
- Support in managing office inventory and supply orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and external agencies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and project teams.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
- Strong working knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in data entry or handling reports.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools (optional).
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,783.54 per month
