Office Assistant

1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations. This may include handling correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
2. Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
3. Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate records and data in digital databases or spreadsheets. Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times.
4. Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferencecalls. Coordinate calendars and communicate schedule changes as needed.
5. Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as requested. Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
6. Mail Handling: Sort incoming mail, distribute packages, and prepare outgoing mail for delivery. Manage courier services and track deliveries as necessary.
7. Filing and Organization: Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents. Ensure that files are easily accessible and properly labeled for efficient retrieval.
8. Office Maintenance: Assist with general office maintenance tasks such as tidying common areas, coordinating repairs, and troubleshooting office equipment issues.
9. Assistance to Management: Provide support to managers and executives as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential information with discretion.
10. Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors or management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
