Junior HR and Office Assistant

Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., attendance, leaves, personal files).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help coordinate training sessions and HR-related events.
- Assist in preparing HR documents like employment contracts and policy updates.
Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Support in filing, scanning, and documentation tasks.
- Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or office administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
