**HR and Admin Operations**:

- Using job portal and screening of CVs.
- Joining Formalities.
- Onboarding & Off-Boarding Formalities.
- Exit Formalities.
- Employee Engagement and organizing monthly birthdays and events.
- Payroll Assistance and Leave management
- Employee grievance handling.
- MIS and data management.
- Manage Admin activity viz
- Office administration, Supervision of office premises, Asset

Tagging, and maintenance, Printing & Stationery stock, Vendor Management, AMC Agreement, Lease and License of Offices, IT-related Work.
