Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR, based in Mumbai. The Junior HR will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR operations including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role will also involve maintaining HR records, supporting hiring processes, and addressing employee inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
