Job Title: Junior HR Executive (Generalist) Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Work Mode: Work from Office Company: Global Consulting GC About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior HR Executive to support and manage various HR functions across recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and play a vital role in shaping the workplace culture at Global Consulting GC. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & OnboardingAssist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.HR Operations & Generalist TasksMaintain employee records and HRIS databases.Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communication.Support with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.Assist in compliance-related documentation.Employee Engagement & EventsPlan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations.Create and maintain an employee-friendly office culture.Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale.Internal Communication & PRHelp manage the company's internal communication channels.Support social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives.Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized.Willingness to work the required shift (12 PM to 9 PM).
