RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. TALENT ACQUISITION:
Responsible for end to end recruitment process for junior, middle and senior level positions.
Sourcing right candidates as per department requirement using different techniques viz. Head
-Hunting, LinkedIn, Company Mapping, Referencing, Searching Job Portals etc.
Regular interaction with the management for understanding the requirement and business
needs.
managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse
Sources after identification of manpower (Middle management & Senior Management)
Screening and shortlisting
Creating reports on monthly and need basis in excel sheet
Designing monthly HR action plan and sending to the Director.
2. JOINING AND INDUCTION:
Completion of joining formalities, verification of documents of new hires within organization
and creating their employee id and completing other obligations.
Responsible for taking induction programs for new joiners and making them well verse with
the organization policy and procedures.
To complete HR formalities like Letter of Intent (LOI), Appointment letter, Confirmation letter,
Promotion letter, Increment letter, relieving letter, Exit Interviews.
Preparing, Giving Offer & Appointment Letters of the Candidate.
3. REWARDS & RECOGNITION:
managing employee recognition & rewards program
Design and execute new Rewards & Recognition program to support core values of
organization
Roll out the Monthly, quarterly and Annual awards as a part of the Rewards and Recognition
program
4. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:
Conceptualized and implemented engagement schemes
Keeping track of employee birthdays & organizing gifts.
Organizing Birth day parties, festival celebrations and get together of employee.
5. ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT:
Generate reports from SAAS Application
Prepare MONTHLY Attendance data
Maintain leave records
6. KRA MANAGEMENT:
Defining the KRA to each role in Organization
Execution of KRA Process
Monitoring of KRA Process
7. Identification of training need based on KRA feedback for Employee.
8. Designing polices for employees in organization for grade and growth and implementing the
Same.
