We are seeking an energetic HR Recruiter to drive talent acquisition and ensure smooth HR in our Market Research organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance recruitment with day-to-day operations support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for research and support function roles.
  • Maintain HR data, assist with various reports
  • Coordinate employee engagement and onboarding activities.
  • Support resource planning, vendor coordination, and office operations.
  • Prepare periodic HR and operational reports for management.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0– 6 months experience in recruitment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms and MS Office tools.
