Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Promote and sell international and domestic freight services - Air, Sea & Road.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum **5 years of proven experience**in business development within the **freight forwarding industry**.
- Strong understanding of international logistics, shipping documentation, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong client database in freight forwarding will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
