- Handling customer orders.
- Taking quotation from logistics for all shipmen.
- Checking Quotations.
- Checking Invoices.
- Checklist Approval for final shipping Bill.
- AWB copy Approval for Final AWB.
- Making BL draft, Checking ,approval for Final BL Copy.
- Supporting documents prepare for Shefexil certificate.
- Interacting with customers & replays to Mails.
- Follow up with Production, store, Purchase, Quality departments for required documents and product.
- Customers payment follow up.
- DHL Booking.
- Receiving PO & execution.
- Dispatch the material on time on customer priority basis.
- Any other job as assigned by management from time to time.
- Checklist verification.
- Tracking shipments to reach the destination.
- Handling customer clearance Import and Export both.
- Taking rates from Liners & IATA agents
- Quote to Customers
- Coordinating with Customers, CHA & co loaders
- Make bookings
- Follow up for shipments or Shipments tracking.
- Mail Correspondence
- Taking care of shipments till deliver
