**About the Client**
Our Client is a leading hospitality company in Oceania Region with 40+ years of association with global hotel brands including IHG, Accor & Hilton.
Their investment & expertise range from Construction, Ownership & Management of diverse hospitality assets such as Hotels, Event Centres, Serviced & Residential Apartments.
**About the Role**
Your role involves providing live support to the Site Reservations team of the Hotel located in New Zealand. This includes receiving and processing reservation requests, updating and maintaining the database and the online property management system. The Reservation Associate has to work with the client team on PMS systems such as OnQ, Opera, RMS etc
**KRAs**
**Reservation Support**
- Process and input FIT/ Group reservation requests, changes & cancellations.
- Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day
- Maintain group blocks, rooming lists and reservations in the system.
- Prepare for each group’s arrival or meeting room booking, prepare group resume, billing information, deposits, correspondence, etc.
- Interact with booking contacts as needed, including confirmations.
- Accurate communication of policies, cancellation terms, commission terms etc to clients and travel agents.
- Enter and/or modify group block in system to ensure inventory, stay dates, cancellation policy, deposit requirement, and booking procedure are reflected correctly.
- Create and update group block notes to provide relevant data pertaining to all group reservations, and coordinate with other departments as needed to provide group reservation information and group needs as specified by the client.
- Provide and maintain reports and records of all groups during stay and after departure and follow up on any group inquiries.
- Check and confirm the payment status
- Audit of daily/monthly activities.

- Maintain accurate filing system for groups and ensure that each group block is traced.
- Stay updated of current rates, rate changes and all promotions, current facilities, services, hours of operation etc
- Daily analysis of Sales data with forecasts for next quarter.
**KRAs**
**Required**
- 2-3 years’ experience in Hotel Sales or Reservations.
- Experience on working with a Cloud-based Hotel Reservation Management System
- Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a collaborative work environment with quick turnaround time
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Independently handle and delivery client priorities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
**Preferable**
- Worked in a reservation hotel of a global brand such as Accor, IHG or Hilton.
- Having an experience at working on OnQ, Opera, RMS, IDS or similar platforms.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
