**Job Summary**: The Resort Reservation Executive is responsible for handling all aspects of reservation inquiries and bookings, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient reservation services. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reservation Handling**:
- Confirm and update reservations, ensuring accurate information is recorded in the system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide detailed information about the resort's facilities, services, and special promotions.
- **Guest Interaction**:
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and current guests, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist guests in selecting the most suitable accommodation options based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle special requests and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Sales and Upselling**:
- Promote and sell resort packages, special offers, and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the guest experience.
- **System Management**:
- Maintain and update reservation records accurately in the property management system (PMS).
- Ensure all bookings are input correctly and any changes or cancellations are processed promptly.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Liaise with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and other relevant metrics.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Assist in preparing and managing billing and invoicing for reservations.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Reservations Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
