**Role Overview**:
As a **Reservation & Ticketing Executive**, you will be responsible for managing and processing travel reservations and issuing tickets for clients. You will work with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to provide excellent customer service, ensuring all travel arrangements are handled efficiently. This role involves handling customer inquiries, making travel bookings, and resolving any issues that arise during the reservation process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking and Ticketing**:

- Make flight, hotel, and other travel bookings using reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Issue airline tickets, ensuring all booking details are accurate and aligned with the customer’s preferences.
- Ensure compliance with airline regulations and fare rules when issuing tickets.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle inquiries from clients regarding flight schedules, fares, availability, and travel requirements.
- Provide customers with recommendations for travel itineraries based on their preferences and budget.
- Assist customers with changes, cancellations, or amendments to their bookings.
- **Fare Calculation & Ticket Issuance**:

- Calculate the best fares and rates for flights, packages, and hotels, offering clients cost-effective solutions.
- Process payments and ensure the timely issuance of tickets, vouchers, and travel documents.
- **Manage Travel Reservations**:

- Monitor and manage travel bookings from reservation to ticketing and follow up with clients for confirmation.
- Ensure bookings are correctly logged, confirmed, and followed up to avoid any discrepancies.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Handle any issues or concerns related to bookings, cancellations, delays, or re-scheduling, providing alternative travel arrangements when necessary.
- Work with airlines and suppliers to resolve any ticketing or reservation errors.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all bookings, ticketing, and payment details.
- Prepare travel documents, itineraries, invoices, and receipts for clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding ticketing and reservations.
- **Cross-Selling**:

- Promote travel packages, deals, upgrades, and other services to enhance the client’s travel experience.
- Recommend travel insurance, tours, car rentals, or other ancillary services when appropriate.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, and other related metrics.
- Keep track of outstanding payments and follow up on pending transactions.
- **Communication with Suppliers**:

- Maintain good relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- Stay updated on changes in airline schedules, fare changes, promotions, and travel policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in a reservation or ticketing role, preferably in the travel industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling travel reservations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
