Corporate Ticketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Ticketing & Booking Management**:
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel-related services for corporate employees and clients based on their requirements.
- Ensure that all bookings are made within budget and in compliance with company policies.
- Arrange ticketing for both domestic and international travel, ensuring timely booking and ticket issuance.
- **Vendor & Service Provider Coordination**:
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other service providers to secure the best rates and ensure availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, airlines, and hotels to negotiate favorable terms.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve any issues related to bookings, changes, or cancellations.
- **Travel Itinerary & Documentation**:
- Prepare detailed itineraries for employees and clients, including flight schedules, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
- Ensure that all necessary travel documentation, such as visas, passports, and tickets, are organized and distributed on time.
- Monitor changes in flight schedules, delays, or cancellations and update travelers accordingly.
- **Cost & Budget Management**:
- Manage travel budgets, ensuring that bookings are cost-effective and align with the company’s financial policies.
- Provide cost estimates for travel requests and assist with expense tracking and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for savings on travel expenses through negotiation and relationship building with vendors.
- **Compliance & Policy Adherence**:
- Ensure that all travel arrangements comply with the company’s corporate travel policy.
- Maintain records of travel expenditures, ensure transparency, and provide reports to management on travel costs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to corporate travel and ticketing.
- **Customer Service & Support**:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to employees and clients regarding travel inquiries, requests, and issues.
- Resolve travel-related issues such as ticket cancellations, rebooking, or upgrades, ensuring mínimal disruption to travelers.
- Handle emergency travel situations and last-minute changes with a high degree of efficiency and professionalism.
- **Technology & Systems Management**:
- Utilize corporate travel software, online booking tools, and CRM systems to manage ticketing and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate travel records and ensure that all relevant travel data is updated in the company’s travel management systems.
- Use ticketing software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to issue and manage travel bookings.
- **Post-Travel Reconciliation**:
- Assist with the reconciliation of travel expenses after trips, ensuring all costs are properly documented and submitted for reimbursement.
- Ensure proper invoicing and timely payment to travel vendors and service providers.
- **Corporate Event Travel Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing group travel for corporate events, conferences, or business meetings.
- Handle bulk bookings and negotiate group discounts for corporate events.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate ticketing or travel coordination.
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and corporate travel software.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, visa processes, and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
