The Hotel Sales Manager provides sales administration to the market to develop revenue, gain market share, and encourage sales associates. Focuses territory and sales associates to increase account share and local property revenue.
**Sample responsibilities for this position include**:
- Find and select other hotel associates for the best probable and competitive rates.
- To be accountable for ensuring the sales team with targeted sales monthly.
- Planning and implementing marketing plans in conjunction with the Director of Leisure
- Identifying and targeting specific market segments for likely corporate clients and selling memberships to them
- Generating weekly membership data for analysis and monthly reports on membership status, renewals, attrition, and new and potential signatures on all accounts
- To be responsible for the organization and implementation of the Annual Plan of the Membership Department.
- Responsible for marketing, advertising, and departmental spending, ensuring these are within budget and aligned with the agreed brand strategy.
- Strategically looking at other departments.
- Prepare reports and recommendations on sales strategy for senior management.
- Participate in Saturday office coverage as scheduled.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
