**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, target, and develop relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. Manage and nurture existing corporate accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients, including companies seeking conference facilities, corporate retreats, team-building events, and accommodation packages.
- Conduct sales presentations and site visits to showcase the resort’s amenities and services. Customize proposals and packages to align with client requirements and preferences.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with resort policies. Finalize agreements and follow up on implementation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and expanding market reach.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in sales or hospitality are a plus.
- Proven experience of 6-8 years in corporate sales, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry. A successful track record of managing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
