**Job Title**: Event & Corporate Sales Executive
**Location**: Chennai
**Work Type**: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week
**Salary**: As per industry standards + Incentives
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and convert leads for corporate gifting, events, and bulk chai/snack orders
- Establish strong relationships with HR, Admin, and Event teams in corporates and institutions
- Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of orders
- Represent Chai Waale at corporate expos, events, and promotional meets
- Maintain a CRM with detailed records of prospects, leads, and follow-ups
- Provide timely reports and sales forecasts to the management team
**Key Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B/corporate/event sales (F&B, hospitality, or gifting industry preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle pressure
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
**Preferred Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Tamil
