Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive sales and cultivate long-term relationships with our corporate clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting our wide range of corporate gifting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate gifting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential corporate clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

• Present and sell corporate gifting solutions that meet the needs of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises.

• Develop customized proposals and solutions for clients, ensuring that their corporate gifting needs are met with the highest quality products.

• Negotiate and close deals, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create tailored gifting solutions for clients.

• Keep track of sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to improve strategies continually.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in corporate gifting and the corporate sector.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional products, or related industries.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

• Ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a professional demeanor.

• A two-wheeler and a valid driver's license is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in corporate gifting, event planning, or promotional products is a plus.

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
