Job Summary

The Corporate Relations Executive will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, driving business growth, and creating strategic partnerships. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for client engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.

Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience as placement officer
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong relationships with leaders in various functions such as human resources, recruitment.
