As an IT Hardware Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of IT hardware products and solutions
- Your role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate hardware solutions
- You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the organization
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT hardware market
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Client Engagement:Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their IT hardware needs
- Provide consultative sales support to clients, offering solutions tailored to their requirements
- Product Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT hardware
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the organization's product offerings
- Solution Presentation:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing IT hardware solutions
- Address client inquiries and concerns effectively
- Quoting and Pricing:Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals in collaboration with the sales team
- Sales Collaboration:Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective revenue targets
- Provide support in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
- Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive offerings
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis
- Post-Sales Support:Liaise with the technical support team to ensure successful post-sales implementation
- Address any post-sales issues and maintain customer satisfaction
