Job Description:-
We are looking for Hardware Sales Manager - Hardware for our client place based at Delhi NCR. The Hardware Sales Manager (IT) is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sales of IT Product i.e. Hardware, Software, Cyber Security, Networking, Telecom, IT Services products. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hardware market and a proven track record in sales.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT Product sales i.e. Hardware, Software, Cyber Security, Networking, Telecom, IT Services products .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT Product & Services or telecom sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of hardware products and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
